Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Hip Vodka
- A drop of Orange or Lime Bitters
- Splash of Soda
- Twists of zest from:
- Lemon
- Lime
- Orange
- Pink Grapefruit
- Use chilled vodka poured straight into a glass
- Twist each zest piece onto vodka and drop into glass
- Add a splash of soda poured into centre of glass so as not disturb the essential zest on the surface.
- Garnish with an edible flower in season, or, crystal sugar stick. (Even better Candied Flower)
